Physical Classes[/u]- These classes specialize in physical combat alone. They possess little or no magical ability.
Primary Level- Beginners of their trades, those with Primary levels are weak compared to their more advanced compatriots, but have immense potential.
Swordsman- The beginning sword-wielder. They’re quite common, and can be seen frequently traveling the lands of Laz’reth, honing their skills. Weapon: Blade, sword, saber.
Thief- Fast and agile, thieves are advanced in the art of theft. Weapon: Knife, dagger, dirk.
Archer- Your average bow-man. They have an advantage on higher elevations, but in close-combat, they’re mincemeat. Weapon: Bow, crossbow.
Lancer- Basic footman skilled with the spear. Their lances enable them to put more distance between themselves and the enemy, and they can hurl javelins and short spears for a long range attack. Weapons; Spear, lance, javelin.
Gunner- A relatively new class in Laz’reth, Gunners use firearms to take out the opposition. With a variety of weapons from which to choose, gunners can be either good long-range snipers, or sacrifice range for power in close combat. Weapons: Handguns, rifles.
Axeman- A learner of axemanship, these fellas have a strong desire to get stronger. They’re almost as common as swordsmen, but less popular. Weapons: Hatchets, tomahawks, axes.
Intermediate Level- One word for these classes: average. They’re run-of-the-mill, but are more skilled then Primary classes.
Lord- Nobles who practice their fighting skills with an unmistakable dignity and pride. They tend to be a bit more noticeable then most, due to their refined and more expensive attire. Weapons: Swords, axes, lances, bows, guns. *Note- Players must limit their Lords to one weapon type.
Cavalier- Chivalrous, mounted lancers and swordsman who use their horsemanship to strike in battle. Weapons: Lances, swords.
Fighter- Fighters are what they do; perhaps the most common of all classes, they choose between the sword and the axe to deliver their blows. Most were once simple Swordsmen or Axemen, and have advanced to this class. Weapons: Swords or axes.
Fencer- Skill is their middle name. Swift and cunning, these rapier-wielding blokes lunge at their foes to deliver stunningly beautiful, if not deadly, blows. Weapons: Rapiers.
Brigand- Mountain-dwelling barbarians, brigands are not your common thieves; they loot and plunder with a taste for violence. Weapons: Axes.
Myrmidon- Swift, they often advance to Ninjas or Samurai. Sword-wielding with deadly accuracy, they easily destroy their foes. Weapons: Swords.
Defender- They do precisely what it says. They do their best on the defensive, blocking and parrying with skill. Weapons: Sword, axe, lance.
Hunter- The next phase of archer-dom. They attack foes with ease, often hiding in the woods nearby. Often Trackers themselves, they give close-combat users a run for their money. Weapons: Bow, crossbow, firearm.
Advanced Level- Stronger than average, these classes are, for some, the last stop on the ladder to greatness. Reaching Master level is even harder to reach, and so, some just stay Advanced.
Knight- Dignified warriors of justice, they often find themselves rescuing hapless maidens or slaying evil beasts. Weapons: Sword, axe, lance.
Pegasus Knight- Mounted upon their flying Pegasi, “Peg” Knights rule the skies. Using speed and skill they dive at their foes, catching them at unawares. Weapons: Lances, bows.
Dracoknight- Similar to Peg Knights, Dracoknights ride the skies on their wyverns. They are stronger then Peg knights, but more susceptible to magic attacks. Weapons: Lances, bows.
Rogue- Thieves who’ve become more-than-your- average-pickpockets. Renegades of society, they engage in their own personal vendettas with grim efficiency. Weapons; Knives, claws, katars, knuckles.
Pirate- Warriors of the open sea, they take their chances on the waves. Foes fear their wrath with the axe, and most try to avoid them. Weapons: Axes.
Dragoon- Sworn enemies of the dragon race, these spear-wielding fighters are particularly powerful, if not a little slow with all the armor they wear. Weapons: Lances.
Gladiator- Fighters of the arena, they take their skills to the outside world. Weapons: Swords, axes, lances.
Warrior- Stronger then most, and more skilful than some, warriors travel the land, slinging their swords or axes with unseen purpose. Weapons; Swords, axes.
Ninja- We rule the night! Ninjas are famed for their skill and speed, often precursors to Assassins. Weapons: Swords, knives.
Samurai- Counterpart to ninjas, samurai are far more skilled with their blades. They deal out deadly blows with their katanas. Weapons: Swords.
Master Level- The highest level of skill and strength. Those who’ve reached this level are the masters of their art.
Assassin- Quick and efficient, they dispatch their foes with ease under the cover of darkness. Few can track them, and none can catch them. Weapons: Knives, swords, katars.
Great Lord- Nobles or kings on personal quests, they ride on powerful steeds, wielding the weapon of their choice. Powerful in both the field and court, they are truly perilous adversaries. Weapons: Sword, axe, lance. . *Note- Players must limit their Great Lords to one weapon type.
Paladin- Mounted knight of peace, only those who’ve dedicated their lives to the cause of justice reach such heights of strength and skill. Mounted of their steeds, they travel the lands in pursuit of villainy. Weapons: Lances, swords.
Great Knight- Sacrificing speed for strength, they wield more power than their Paladin cousins. Heavily armored, they ride massive mounts, a slow but sure opponent. Weapons: Swords, lances, axes.
Crusader- Warriors on a mission, they let nothing stop them in their pursuit of truth and glory. Famed fighters, feared foes, they are unstoppable. Weapons: Swords.
General- Valiant fighters, tactical masters, they destroy their foes with ease. Armored and strong, they love the smell of victory. Weapons: Axes, lances.
Sniper- Snipers are the epitome of marksmanship. They annihilate foes with a morbid grace and speed. Weapons: Bow, crossbow, firearms.
Ranger- Mounted archers who rule the plains. Swift and skilful, they are able to land killing blows even when riding. Weapons: Bows, crossbows, swords.
Berserker- Crazed warriors who laugh at armor and injury, they strike fear into the hearts of the enemy with their erratic and wild fighting style. However, they can be a danger to allies who do not have their guard up, or who doubt the Berserker’s power. Weapons: Axes.
Sword-master- Masters of the blade, none can match their skill with the sword. They are swift and sure, often landing killing blows on the first strike. Weapons: Swords.
